I am Nathalie Hattotuwa (MSc Occupational Psychology), founder of Lunara Consulting. I knew that there was a need in the market place to provide high quality, high value advice to entrepreneurial businesses and their stakeholders. This advice is provided with an excellent level of personal service at a cost which is affordable for our clients.
​​I am a seasoned strategy and client engagement professional with over 17 years of experience in leading complex projects and managing large-scale growth accounts and organisational change. I have successfully managed a pipeline of £350m across the UAE and KSA, with expertise in strategy execution, PMO, business transformation and governance.

I have demonstrated leadership in setting up and leading PMO functions, transitions, and driving the successful integration of M&A activities. Proven track record in C-suite client engagement for business growth, providing unique value propositions, strategic direction and ensuring alignment across business units. Led high-impact projects, including sales data platform management and driving results across divisions. Adept at developing and embedding strategic initiatives that foster growth, optimise operations, and deliver measurable business value.
